7 days a week, 7am to 8pm. Same-day clearances available where possible.

House Clearance
How much does a house clearance cost?
1-bed from £300, 2-bed from £450, 3-bed from £600, 4-bed+ from £850. Asset offsets often reduce these significantly.
What is the Asset Offset scheme?
Resalable furniture, antiques and collectables found during your clearance are valued and deducted from your final bill automatically.
Do I need to be present?
No. We collect keys, document everything with photos and videos, and send updates throughout.
What happens to the contents?
Reuse first — donated to local Scottish charities. Recycle second. Dispose as absolute last resort.

Bereavement & Probate
How do you handle bereavement clearances?
With complete compassion and at your pace. We liaise with solicitors and provide photo updates throughout.
Can you work with solicitors on probate?
Yes — we work directly with solicitors and executors. Full documentation and SEPA waste transfer notes provided.
Can you collect keys from a solicitor?
Yes — we regularly collect and return keys from solicitors, estate agents and neighbours.

Do you offer packing services?
Yes — full or partial packing available. Ask when you call.
Do you offer man and van?
Yes — available in Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire. Single items from £60. Same-day where possible.
